The Entrepreneurial Journey
Adem UĞUZTEMUR began his career on the foundations of logistics and global trade. After graduating from Altınbaş University with a degree in International Logistics Management, he integrated his academic knowledge and commitment to operational excellence into all of his ventures.
By analysing the complex supply chain dynamics of the logistics sector, he made it his vision to build autonomous, scalable structures across each vertical. Today, under the umbrella of İnter Lojistik A.Ş. — positioned as the logistics holding company — he delivers road, air, sea and intermodal logistics solutions to 67+ countries.
As one of Marmara's strongest players in the warehousing sector, DipOda Storage shapes the self-storage ecosystem, while Interco Cargo successfully manages an express cargo network extending to 220+ countries.
Diversified Investments & Sectoral Synergy
By bringing his logistics experience and institutional systems knowledge into the F&B and retail sectors, he founded Bravio Co as the gastronomy holding brand, and under this umbrella brought to life the Le Lion gastro pub concept — Tuzla Port's most beloved venue.
On the retail distribution side, the E-mama brand holds a leading position as the Marmara region's top distributor in the pet food category. Each sector entry has been driven by the philosophy of identifying operational inefficiencies and building the right system to address them.
Management & Business Philosophy
Autonomous System Design
A business's growth depends on its ability to operate independently of its founder. The true goal is to identify the right problem and build autonomous systems capable of solving it.
Holding (Umbrella) Architecture
Rather than concentrating different sectors — logistics, gastronomy, technology — in a single hand, we create synergy by assigning independent operational leaders and shared services to each.
Process Standardisation (SOP)
Sustainable service quality is only possible when every operational step is standardised down to the finest detail and bound to written procedures.
Data-Driven Management
Progress and direction are tracked not by intuition, but by weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), financial statements and clear growth metrics.
